Terms of Use

The service

Bard Fusion helps creators in the United States find collaborators and work in a shared project workspace (kanban plus one notes page). We host the service; we do not produce your comic, novel, or other work.

Accounts

You need an email magic-link account. There are no passwords. You must be 13 or older and attest to that. We do not run ID checks. You are responsible for the inbox you use to sign in.

Subscriptions

Free accounts can create one active project, join one active project, and use one AI Match session per UTC month. Paid plans (Pro and Pro+) raise the project caps and include more AI Match sessions. Billing is a platform subscription through Stripe. Upgrading means you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You can manage or cancel in Settings via the Stripe customer portal.

Who owns the work

Bard Fusion owns none of the creative work you put in notes, cards, messages, or project fields. Each person owns what they contribute until the collaborators agree otherwise. Hosting text or images on Bard Fusion is not a claim that we own the comic, novel, or other project.

You still need your own agreement if you want a different split, work-for-hire, or a publisher deal. The workspace is a tool, not a contract between members.

User content and removal

You grant us a limited license to host, display, and back up your content so the product can function (including share teasers you turn on).

You may report an account for spam, harassment, inappropriate content, or other reasons. Reports go to a human inbox. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or that we are asked to take down. We do not promise a public trust-and-safety console.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bard Fusion to abuse others, to post illegal content, or to attempt to break the service. Do not scrape a directory that does not exist; Find and share teasers are the discovery surfaces.

Export and deletion

Email hello@bardfusion.com to export your data or close your account. Closing anonymizes you, archives projects you own, and keeps collaboration content other members still need, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as available. Matching, Bard³, and AI Match explanations are tools, not a guarantee of a good collaboration. We are not a party to your creative or payment deals with other members.
